right.. so its four o'clock in the morning and i have just been told by my mother that i can either live with my dad or i can be put in a foster home. i would move in with my dad but the only problem is that my 18yr brother is living in the only extra room that my dad has. my dad also has plans to move out of state wich i would not feel comfortable with seeing how i have friends and a boyfriend here. now my boyfriends mother is perfectly willing to clear out an extra room for me. she already has treated me like her daughter for 6 months. im just wondering if that will all hold up in court.
i probably shouldn't be living with my mother anyways seeing as how she has no central a/c or heating so its really cold in the winter (and iv had to buy my own blankets) and really hot in the summer ( i have a box fan for my room.. but its not much help) the house is also infested with fleas because she insists on letting her cat out when it wants to go out. she rarely buys food because she eats at work and when she does she usually tells me not to eat it; that its for her or a meeting she's going to. once upon a time i was woken up at 2:30 am (when she gets up for work) and slapped across the face because i had neglected to finish washing the dishes (there were 4 left in the sink) i had a mark across my nose for about a month. .

Where to start...
Well about a year ago my daughter got up in the middle o the night and fainted. Our doctor wrote it off as just a viral infection because she was also nauseous at the time. We thought she was fine but then almost three months later she fainted again when she got out of the shower.Once again the doctors wrote it off as simply her taking shower that was too hot. She plays soccer and was a condtioning for it early in the morning this past July and was jogging when she fainted for a third tme. We took her too the docter again and they just suspected heat exhaustoion and for her to rest for awhile. We did as told and let her return two weeks later but only to have the same result of her fainting for a fourth time. She has been VERY fatiqued for a while now and I thought it was just because of her age because she is fifteen. She also has very bad headaches and says that every time she stands up it is like everything goes dark and she can only see the outline of objects and then she gets a throbbing headache that lasts for at least ten minutes ater standing. We have now taken her to 23 different docters and none f them can tell us what is wrong with her. They have checked for iron/sodium deficency, thyroid, brain tumor, etc. They can't find what is wong with her and I just really want to know what is going on with her so she can just be normal high schooler and enjoy dong what she loves. Does anyoe have any ideas about whats wrong with her?
Yes she has always been healthy and normally has a big appetite but I have noticed a decrease in that though. She has had an EKG, echocardiogram (4 times now),a stress test, etc. she has seen a cardiologist only to find that her heart is fine other than a slight mitral valve prolaspe that won't effect her. Also her blood sugar level is fine and she is at a healthy weight.


Okay I know alot of people are gonna say oh its just a waste of money, etc. I like the honesty, but we are just mainly wanting to get away for awhile and just enjoy ourselves. We'll we plan on going to walt disney in feb, i heard that's a pretty good time to go, because it's not really too hot, but warm enough to swim in the resorts pools. Anyway my daughter will be 2 at that time, and i'll be 7 months pregnant. The doctor already okay'd it, as long as when I got to that point nothing hadnt happen to me, dialting or what not. I wasn't planning on riding any of the roller coasters anyway do to we have a 2 year old and her height wouldnt reach the requirements. Going by that, will their be alot of rides both me and my daughter can do?


i've known him for most of my life, and we have been going to the same church for a long time. he is one of the strongest christians i know. he is completely in love with his wife, and would never do anything to harm their relationship. they just got married about a year ago, but the whole time they dated they were long distance. he doesn't see his wife as much as he would like cuz he is busy with work and coaching, and she is busy with her job and travels a lot. i think of him as my big brother and we're pretty close. i'm also getting really close to his wife and i love her! this year he is also my science teacher. i go to a small school so i see him a lot.

after some of our games he would come up and hug me, he always puts his arm around me and asks how i am doing and gives me neck rubs. i have a bad knee and at a tournament last week he kept on offering to carry me and insisted that he did so it wouldn't get worse.
he always texts me, and told me not to text him cuz he went over on his texts and he said i am the person he texts the most. i was sick yesterday and he texted me whenever he didn't have a class and asked how i was doing.
the other day he was joking around with me and was like "nahh you know i love you!!!" and was talking about how awesome i am.
the other day i was icing my knee and he said "wow that ice is melting really fast, probably cuz your legs are hot" and then my friend gave him a weird look and he said "no not that kind of hot, you're gonna get me into trouble!"

i'm not like really freaked out or anything because i'm close with him. but i just kinda started thinking it's kind of weird. i'm the only one on my team without a license or carpools with someone that does, and my parents are usually late picking me up so i have to wait alone with him, but he acts really mature and stands pretty far away from me, so it's not like he's making me feel uncomfortable.
two of my friends the other day were telling me about how they think that he thinks i am like a daughter or little sister to him.
our season is over now so i won't see him as much, but i still see him a lot. just the other day he told me that him and i should go on a road trip to see a college volleyball game.

does he maybe just act this way cuz he thinks of me as a daughter / sister?
i don't want to talk to him about it, or tell anyone, because what if i am wrong and that's just the kind of person he is? that could ruin our relationship and his carreer.

How do I kill time, dull the ache of missing my fiance, and stop resenting him for something I said I'd forgiven him for months ago?

During my engagement dinner with my now-hubby and both our parents, my in-laws told my parents that they would pay for half the wedding even though my parents had said they would pay for the whole thing. His parents were separated and trying to work things out. Four months into the wedding prep, the FIL was still begging for my MIL's return and also found love online (yes, at the same time). He filed for divorce two months later and proposed several weeks after that. The official engagement (he bought the ring) was what would have been his 30th wedding anniversary to his ex-wife. I don't get along with the step-mom - think she is a gold digger. All she talked about was alimony from a previous marriage and how much money FIL spends on her (has spent over 10k in jewelry). She put out on their first date. She never mentioned what a great and funny guy he was. She insisted he buy a 450k house for just the two of them, which is three times the size of their previous home with three boys.

They insisted on getting married two months before my wedding day. They asked if it was OK, I said I wish they would wait until after I got married and they said "that's too bad, we've already made plans". The reason I asked them to wait was because his dad was talking about how he couldn't wait to flaunt his new wife in front of his ex and her family. I thought it very distasteful.

The week before their wedding, I get an ultimatum from FIL who says that me and hubby should expect nothing for our wedding if I don't attend. I don't attend weddings for couples I do not support. My hubby attended without me; FIL didn't even give us a penny or a card for the wedding. "Congrats" would have been nice to hear on the wedding day instead of him yelling at my mom for holding up dinner for 2 hours while his ex-wife checks their son into a hotel so he can smoke pot (see other question about dealing with her and him). He said "people are hungry, people want to leave" and yelled at her with finger in her face (he's 6'4" and my mom is 5'4") even though hot and cold appetizers were being served (plenty of food).

We didn't invite his new wife to our wedding. FIL's invitation only had his name on it as MIL's invitation. FIL had made threatening remarks against MIL's boyfriend with whom she had an affair with. He also had cancer and FIL and uncle were threatening to beat him up. My hubby decided not to invite MIL's bfriend so I decided not to invite FIL's new wife. Only fair, right? Why reward the bullish behavior? FIL's family starts calling us two weeks before wedding saying they aren't going to come unless new wife gets invited. My hubby tells them not to come if it means that much to them. They end up coming and FIL brings his new wife against our wishes. We went heavily in debt because my parents assumed his family was paying for the other half of the wedding. Hubby's family made up 75% of guests since he has huge family. FIL and step-mom in law pissed that we did not invite step-mom's children and parents. We didn't have the money to do this.

We tried moving on after the wedding, but things got worse. We share season tix that we paid for than half for. He kept the 2 good seats on the sideline and gave us the 2 end zone seats. I asked for the $250 difference in the tix and he said we were not entitled to them because "the tix were in his possession so they are his" even though we had paid for more than half.

He called at Christmas time to tell my hubby that he is invited, but I am not. We were basically exiled from my hubby's family, not being invited to family functions. They talked about what a horrible bitch I was.

There are a lot more examples I can provide but to move on....

On our one year anniversary, we tried reaching out to FIL to reconcile. I asked hubby to send letter to his dad explaining how hurt he felt. He came over to our house and said how it wasn't his fault, how is sister and mom said so. He didn't call again until Christmas.

We've been estranged from him since 2003. In 2007, we welcomed our first daughter. I have told my hubby that he can take her over to see FIL but he has only done so once. Hubby is still bitter over everything that has happened, and no apology from his dad. I will never speak with or interact with FIL again, but have encouraged hubby to have a relationship. He doesn't seem to want one.

My dilemma is, am I obligated to force a relationship between a man I hate and can't trust and my daughter who means everything to me? His mom and brother thinks I'm a bitch for preventing a relationship. I wish they would just mind their own business for a change and understand that my hubby makes the decisions for his family.

my daughter throughout the course of the day has spiked a fever. this morning she was fine and then just started getting warmer but since it was gradual I didn't notice anything and she has acted normally all day. when I picked her up to put her down for a nap I noticed she was hot. Let her take her 30 minutes and woke her up as her face was getting pretty red. When I took the temp (*rectal*) it was 39.8 celsius which equals almost 104 farenheit. I gave her motrin at 7 pm and called the ER to see if we should come in or do meds. The nurse instructed to alternate mortin and tylenol throughout the night and to come in if I got more concerned but as long as she was acting and breathing normal then don't worry about it. So then I call my peds answering service to speak with a nurse to double check (since the ER isn't always right and I mainly wanted to know the fever didn't warrant a trip there) and then nurse said to give tylenol at 9 pm and then motrin again at 1 am and to wake her up to give her a bath even though it was 20 minutes past her bedtime and she was already sound asleep and comfortable. Well, needless to say I didn't wake up my sick child that needs rest and if at 9 when I wake her up and her temp is still up I will give her a bath and tylenol. But my question is that alternating doesn't work for the schedule she gave me since tylenol is every 4 hrs and motrin is every 6 which would mean at 1 I have to give them at the same time which doesn't sound right. How did any of you parents alternate?

My baby will be 8 weeks old tomorrow and my milk supply has gone down to no more than 1/2 oz a day. I have tried everything to increase it but nothing is working. I have massaged my breasts, ran hot water over my breasts, taken fenugreek 6 times a day, pumped every 2 hours, tried getting my daughter to latch and she refuses, and my milk supply just keeps dropping. I feel like I have failed my daughter. It makes me cry to pump for 20 minutes and only get 1/4 of an ounce. It is just really upsetting. I want nothing more than to breast feed, but with a daughter that wont latch I am afraid all my dreams of breast feeding have been demolished.

Are there any more tricks to increase milk production or should I just give up?

Anyways, my mom has this boyfriend who she has been off & on with for a while. He is really hot-tempered, irrational and ignorant.
If he is mad at her or their relationship he'll say things about me. Either to her, to my face or leave some nasty voice mail on our home phone.

I'm a 42 year old divorcee, have two teenage daughters, work as a real estate broker, and have plans to marry in three months. A couple of years ago, I had to get glasses for reading/close work. I decided to get bifocals so I could keep them on in my office. My fiance, believe it or not, thinks I look hot with my glasses on and has hinted that I wear them all the time. Personally, I think I look more attractive without them and I also think they make me look 10 years older. I'm in a dilemma. Do you feel that I should continue to wear them only when I really need to? Or, should I give them a try for a week or two, as my fiance has suggested, then decide at that point? The issue is that my 3 year old daughter gets up at night and roams the house. I was asleep a few nighrts ago and she had gotten in the fridge and taken out hot chili sauce and rubbed it in her eyes (burning horribly bad and I was scared that it might permently hurt her). she is fine now but she also has smashed eggs all over the floor, Climbed countertops, tables, tries to get in the bath tub, get in the crib with her 6 month old brother ,and the list goes on. These are not things that are annoying they are dangerous. We do the nighttime routine, baby gate (she crawls over), the door knob cover (she takes off), the reward system for staying in bed and none of it works. She does this in the middle of the night and nobody hears her. She has night terrors and wakes up frequently (every 3 or so hours) but she rarly gets us she just roams the house. I have locks on everything (appliances and cabinets) I think I have gottten everything out of her reach but she climbs something to get it. I am at my wits end. I am so scared to sleep because she is happily sleeping one minute and then up possibly hurting herself or her brother the next minute. My Husband wants to lock her in her room but I am not totally for this.There are working smoke alarms in every room and I believe that her room is as possibly safe as I can make it but it still makes me nervous. Please any ideas. I wish I had the problem of her waking me up all night. That I could handle but hurting herself has got me so scared.
I have tried sitting out side of her door and it doesn't work she wakes up multiple times in the middle of the night after I have sat outside of her door for a hour while she was asleep. I can't sleep there can I? Also I do have refrigerator locks (actually tried 3 and she always gets them open without us teaching her how to do it).
Also the door locks are the turn and pop kind so I don't need a key if I turn them around. It is just as fast as opening her door from the outside. I fill her days with activities and try to get her tired for the night time and nothing works. she only sleeps maybe 7 hours a day and refuses to take naps no matter what I try. I am beginning to wonder if she has a sleep disorder. Still I am open for more ideas please help me.
good point about the second baby but alas she has never been a good sleeper (since birth). She just recently has been old enough to get all the baby proofing items undone hence why she has made this problem of utmost importance. I have a sliding glass door also, There is a special bar made for the door so no one can get it open, but she managed to get it out by climbing on things and reaching it also taking out the clip that holds it there. She is to smart for her own good, but she can get out if she really wants to. Every time I think she is safe and I have covered all my angles she figures out how to one up me in the middle of the night.
And the crib is not possible since her brother has it and the reason we took her out of it in the first place was because she was jumping out even with the tent.
As I stated earlier I haev used knob covers but she just takes them off. She is not a bad child just a little hyper and I really think that she just wants to learn and explore but I try to do this during the day when I know she is safe. She just thinks taht she needs to do this at night.


Right now I am here to clarify this whole thing about women, I am a 23 year old young man and I do have a beautiful daughter and I have a beautiful mother and I have lost my grandmother who is also a beautiful women as well.

My daughter has been in a private daycare for almost 2months now, before that time my wife stayed home with her. Since that time I have been having issues with the center she is in.

I've picked her up at times only to find her sitting in front the TV while the provider sits on the computer.

At a young age she had a bladder infection and requires to be changed frequently, through keeping count with diaper's we send we discovered that she is only being changed 2x in a 8hr day. I've picked her up and she soaked through her diaper.

Since she's gone there her eating habits have gone south. The only "healthy" food she gets is what we send with here. Otherwise its hot dogs, Kraft diner, chicken nuggets & fries. Not exactly a great lunch for a 18month I would think.

My last thing is the activities or shall I say the lack there of. She's an outdoor/crafts girl but here is cooped up in the basement with a "Toy" room, no crafts yet to date and with Halloween being a week away I figured she would be doing something.

Am I asking for too much? This is my 1st child and 1st experience with Daycare. My wife has been able to pull some strings to get her in a "better" situated center but that's not till she is 2. I'd pull her out of there now if I could.

okay im on the cheer squad and i am the only one who can tumble, lift well, yell ALL of the time, and really ANYTHING. but......the captain is the coaches daughter and she cant do any of this the only thing she calls tumbling is a "cartwheel" and she cant even do that and the co-captain is the captains cousin and she is better than the CAPTAIN! but she still sucks she is Not responsible she doesnt care about anything but cheer for the hot guys in the stands and the only tumbling she can do is a "round-off" Do YOU think this is fair?? My daughter is 2 1/2 and she isn't a big eater. She eats great at daycare but when she comes home, she will eat a snack and then she won't eat dinner or she will eat very very little. When she is home on the weekends, she isn't a big breakfast eater and sometimes eats a decent lunch.

I know she is cutting her molars and I'm not sure if that's why because some times she will pig out and others she won't touch the food. Even when I know it's something she loves, like Macaroni and cheese or veggies. She's not a meat eater either. She will eat chicken nuggets and lunch meat and hot dogs but that's it. She won't eat chicken, steak, beef or anything else when we cook it for dinner. Any advice would be great.

I hate to be one of those to ask if you think I'm pregnant, but I'm wondering if I really could be pregnant.

It took two years of trying before I conceived my 10 1/2 month old daughter. Now that I've come down with baby fever, I wonder if I really could be pregnant again, or if I'm just wanting it too bad.

These are my symptoms:
*Always had irregular periods, and I'm not on any type of birthcontrol.*

I got my period on 10/4/09-10/9/09 after 8 weeks of not having a period. My normal period lasts a full 7 days and is usually heavy through day 5-6. This period, however, only lasted 5-6 days and wasn't quite as heavy as normal.
On 10/13/09 I began spotting. Very dark in color (almost a brownish-black). It lasted for 3-4 days. Never heavy enough to saturate a pad, but enough just to spot a bit.

Other symptoms:
Nauseau at different times of the day
Fatigue
Loss of appetite (or I get munchies)
Bloating (and gas)
Increased vaginal discharge (no burning or itching--almost snot like and clear)
I vary from being constipated to having an upset-like stomach
Headaches
I'm usually very hot natured, but have been colder lately (bundling up at home...lol)

Period like cramps in my lower abdomen

Lower back and hip pain

*With the first pregnancy my period did the same thing. Period for a while then spotting a week later*

I took a pregnancy test just on 10/16/09 while I was still spotting, but it said negative.

Is pregnancy possible (yes, I've had unprotected sex), or is it just wishful thinking?

I have been married now for nearly 5 years. With 2 children, my son is 2 and daughter is 3 months. Since after the wedding, the sex in our relationship as gone from 4-5 times a week to only once (This includes all kinds of styles, and foreplay to long nights of hot sexy passion.) Ok my 18 month old daughter has been acting very picky...I mean beyond picky. I have given her the things she would usually eat..like chef boyardi (her you spell it) chicken...beef (like in tacos I make) lunch meat sandwiches....Pb & j sammies...Hot dogs....different veggies...just all kinds of things and all she wants to do it play with it or knock her food off the tray...It worries me that she is not eating enough and she may start losing weight because of it or getting sick. I do not know what to do to get her to want to eat her food. I do not want my baby to starve.


My daughter has just turned one and we were slowly swiching her from formula to whole milk (like 1/2 and 1/2 in a bottle). However, Im a moron and left my formula at my mother's house an hours drive away, and everything is closed now. So our morning bottle is gonna be all milk tomorrow (shes had no problem with the milk so far, so I think she'll be fine, and she likes it :) But, she hates cold drinks. So far ive just been making the formula too hot and adding the cold milk, give it a shake and it ends up warm.
Can I warm a bottle of whole milk in the microwave?


I am 13 weeks pregnant with baby #3 and contracted food poisoning from eating some carrots yesterday evening and was up all night with non-stop diarrhea and vomitting, severe stomach cramps, headache, back ache and diziness. I went into the hospital this morning and as usual when I'm dehydrated (gotta love hyperemesis) and as usual they hooked me up to an iv but I was so dehydrated at this point (because I'm always mildly dehydrated when I'm pregnant due to the hyperemesis) that they couldn't even see any veins and after 30 minutes of digging around in various places on both arms without any success they finally had to hot pack my arms and call in LifeNet to do
it, but anyways, I had to leave before the doctor could come back on his evening rounds to do an ultrasound to make sure that baby was doing okay (hubby had to go to work and no one could watch our other two daughters) so they didn't get to do the ultrasound. Everything is still pretty much going on except for the diarrhea part (thank GOD) but I'm waaaaaay more dizzy and my head and lower back are just killing me. Just wondering if anyone else has gone through anything like that if if baby was a-okay? Juuuust a little worried and need some stories from mommies who've been there done that! :( Thanks and God bless!

My daughter needs to prepare(before hand) a japanese recipe and serve it to 27 students. We thought of sushi, but can't find anything cheap and easy. I didn't want to buy seaweed. I liked the idea of a cucumber, imitation crab, and cream cheese one. Can it not have seaweed though? I didn't think it would hold. Any ideas on something maybe that can be served using toothpicks maybe? It's in her second hour class, so it can't be something that would spoil in a couple hours. I do have a hot and cold cooler thing she can use though. Please help. I'm lost with this one. Thanks so much. Oh and the more kid friendly tasting the better.


My ex boyfriend and I have an 8 year old daughter. We have recently come to an agreement with the court for visitation. He sees her every other weekend. She has spent three weekends with him now. Two of those three weekends she has come home with head lice. She has also told me that the last weekend she was there, they did not give her a bath because they had no hot water.

I received an email from the ex's brother a couple of days ago. He said that he wanted me to know that the house that the ex is living in has no power, heat, or water. They have no food in the house and that they are infested with head lice.

I have tried to talk to my daughter about the living situation at her Dads house, without prying. She has told me about the hot water, and she also told me that they have 2 dogs in the house which they lock in a bedroom. She said that the room is covered in feces and urine. CPS has been called on my ex quite a few times (surprisingly not by me) but they keep sending the same investigator out, who then gives them 24 hours to clean it up, and then just files the neglect claim away.

My question is how to start the process of getting supervised visitation. I am also concerned for the child that lives in the household. These are her parents, and she has no choice but to live there.

My child is supposed to stay this weekend at her fathers and I do not want to take her there if in fact all of the above are true! What do I do?

I have a 5 yr old son and my daughter just turned two. My neighbor/friend's son is 4 and has a problem with hitting my kids. He thinks it's hilarious. His mom normally doesn't do anything about it except for call him by his whole name and tell him not to. Once or twice she has put him in time out for it but he immediately gets up and that's that. She doesn't put him back or anything, just lets him get up and go play again. She is a single mom and often tells me she's at a loss and doesn't know what to do with him. I offer my advice, which is never taken. Maybe she is just venting and not wanting advice, idk.

Him hitting my kids isn't just little slaps either. He's thrown a hot wheels at my 2 year olds face, it left a bruise and cut right under her eye. He has pushed her on the concrete, scraping her hands and knees. Pulled her backwards and she ended up hitting her head hard on the wood floor. Punched my son in the face repeatedly, laughing hysterically. And the normal jumping, hitting, and pushing him. My son knows he is not allowed to be physical towards his friends. My husband wants to tell him it's okay if you hit him back. I don't think think that is okay. So we just started if he hits we go inside/ leave/ or he goes home. It hasn't seem to help yet. What would you do? Is this all I really can do? Thanks!

Also I am friends with his mom and don't want to make her feel like her child is awful, and I don' want my kids playing with him. Even though that is how I feel. It's hard to constantly avoid them especially when they come by your house every day...


I moved in a house July 09. When I moved in the place looked clean. I assumed the carpet was clean because the property manager said it was and it's a very dark brown color, so I signed the year lease and moved in. The day after I moved in my husband and I noticed the smell of a pet living in the home.We didn't have any animals. I also allow my son to run around on the carpet with white socks on and realized how filthy the carpet was. The day before we moved in we had the gas company come out and put gas in our tank. They did but it didn't do any good because the water heater was broke. The property manager said she did not know about the water heater so the first two weeks we lived in the home we had no gas to cook or hot water to shower. We had to wait for a part for the water heater to come in. Also with in the first 2 days we encountered an infestation of camel crickets. Through the 3 months we were there we had to watch everywhere we went in the house because they would come from everywhere. They were in the bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and my kids rooms. We tried to bomb twice but it did know good. Also within 2 weeks of living in the house my family and I were getting bitten by fleas from the carpet that was never cleaned prior to us moving in. My son has also developed a staph infection. I took him to the doctor and they said he may have caught it from someone in his day care. I told him my son was not in daycare he was at home all day with my husband while I worked. He then said my so could have come in contact with something in the home that had the staph bacteria on its surface. Then there's the plumbing. The first sunday after we moved in I did laundry and the water from the washer came up through the kitchen sink and ran over. The property manager sent someone over a week later and fixed it. The second week I was able to do laundry. The third week the kitchen sink ran over again when I did laundry. I waited another week for them to fix it. Then there's the toilets. When flushing, the toilet would stop up then go down very slowly. We realized a couple days later where the waste was going to. It was coming out of a drain on the side of the house. So that side of the house was filled with feces, tissue, and urine from the commode. Last but not least there's the popular mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The house had roof damage prior to me moving in that had been fixed. But there was know ventilation in the batroom, and all the windows in the house were sealed shut. On my move-in inspection sheet I noted the dirty flea infested carpet, which she said had been clean and that there were no pets ever in the home. Well I found pet hair all in the corners of the walls. Anyway, I noted all these things and failed to get a copy of the inspection sheet.I called her thousands of times, wrote her two letters, and talked to her about the problems when I took her the rent. Still nothing. I finally got fed up and put in a 30 day written and verbal notice to terminate my lease. My 30 day notice and the rent for October was given to her by me on September 30 2009. We moved out on October 16,2009. The day before I hand delivered the 30 day notice, I also mailed a copy via certified mail with return receipt. I mailed it to the address I had mailed the other two letters too and also delivered the rent to since it was the address on my lease and also the home address of the property manager. Well guess what, the certified 30-day notice was delivered back to me. The property manager had never signed for it or picked it up from the post office so I have it now in its original enevelope. When I hand delivered it she ask me was I going to have the carpret clean and I asked her for a copy of my move-in inspection sheet because it showed where I had noted the condition of the carpet. Well to my surprise she had misplaced the paper. Now my family and I are out the house and living much better. We did a final walk through of the home and was cleared because the home was the exact same as when we moved in. She gave us one key when we moved in so I had a key made for my 14 year old daughter. After the walk through I tried to return the key to her but she wouldn't take it. She said she wanted both my key and my daughter's key at the same time and had me sign a note stating I would return both keys. This was October 20, 2009. It is now Octerber 23,2009 and I have called her a thousand times to return her keys, but she won't answer or return my calls after leaving millions of messages. Now I believe she wants to sue me for the remaining of the lease. I have pictures, letters, and my phone bill showing how often I made attempts to have repairs done. Do I stand a chance if she decides to take me to court.

I have an 11 month old daughter and since last night she has had an on and off again fever. I took her to her doctor and her doctor said it was a virus that was going around. Yet every time she wakes up, she is super hot, then she'll cool down. Sometimes, her body will get warm even if she's not sleeping. Has this happened to anyone else?


I've been going steady with my girlfriend, Britney for the last three or four weeks and so far so good, but then I met her mom... Best I explain, though be warned, it's a long story;

My girlfriend Britney is a beautiful African American girl with a stocky build and who's taller than me. She has black hair done up in several random braids and has a voice of an angel.

On a sunny and hot Saturday (we live in CA, by the way), Britney took me over to her house -- she has a backdoor pool, so we were gonna go have a deep in it to beat the heat. She brought me into her house and went upstairs to get dressed in her swim wear. As she did, she told me to go meet her mother outside. I thought that was a good idea -- it's polite to meet and get to know your girlfriend's parents, right?

When I went outside to meet Britney's mother (she's not married), I was greeted by some dance music (can't remember the song) and well...

My girlfriend's mother was...freaking...HOT!! She had well toned brown skin, black braided hair done up into a large ponytail, pretty damn busty and had a massive round bottom with a large butterfly tattoo on the right butt cheek. And judging by her slightly bulged muscles on her arms and legs, she must have worked out a lot. Also, she was pretty damn tall (Nearly six feet, I've pondered).

Britney's mother was standing next to an outdoor lounge chair, wearing a purple bikini and holding and rubbing tanning oil onto her skin. When she saw me, she smiled and introduced herself and vice versa. Then this was when things got a little awkward. Britney's mom was really nice, REALLY nice, if you catch my draft. She came up to me and said that is was so wonderful that her daughter had found a "hot studmuffin" like me and tapped me on the chest with the tip of her long slender finger (though I pretty well-built). She then walked around me and wrapped her arms around me over my shoulders, saying how a "big strong muscle man" was perfect for her daughter. Then she let go and kissed me hard on the cheek.

As I prayed for Britney to come out the backdoor to break the awkward moment, her mother then looked back at me and asked me if I wouldn't mind rubbing the rest of the tanning oil on her back (she says she has trouble getting all of it on). And nervously I agreed. Britney's mother got down on the lounge chair and I proceeded in rubbing the oil onto her upper and lower back. Whilst I did so, she commented on how I had such "strong and soft hands" with a wink. Then (thank God) Britney came downstairs just as I had finished, wearing her hotpink bikini and ready to dip in the pool. She was glad to hear her mother had taken such a "liking" to me and we spent a good long time in the pool while the mother sunbathed.

After we got out, Britney's mother ordered us a Pizza Hut and whilst we were eating, she sat strangely close to me, telling me all about their family and such. It turns out that Britney's mother is a model ("who knew?") and that she received the tattoo on her big butt only a few weeks ago. The way she looked at me when she talked made my forehead sweat like water down a mountains side, especially when she asked what I thought of her butt tattoo. I said I liked it and she replied with a smile, "I thought you would."

Finally, I left home in a cab. I gave Britney a kiss and hug goodbye and Britney's mother told me to "be sure to come around often" with a wink and a big wet kiss on the cheek. Britney left just before I went out the door, leaving me with her mom for the last moment who - I ain't lying here - spanked my butt just as I went out the door, saying, "See ya later, stud."

So that's the story. Okay, come on, I am really starting to think my GF's Mom is hitting on me. I mean, I guess there's very nice/polite/sweet, but in this case, it really seemed she was flirting. She looked pretty young as well for a mother, let me tell ya.

What do you guys think? Was she just being really nice or was this more than just friendly behaviour...? And if so, what the hell do I do?


I went to my girlfriends house last night for dinner and after dinner I wanted to have some fun her stupid kid kept waking up and getting out of bed and interrupting our fun. Her daughter woke up 3 times once to use the restroom, once because she was hot and the last time because she wanted water. I got mad and left after the last time and told her next time she needs to make sure her bratty kid stays in bed so we can play. She keeps texting me apologizing but I refuse to accept or answer her. Am I overreacting?
